Where Audelyr processes personal data for a customer, the customer is controller and Audelyr is processor acting on documented instructions and the applicable service agreement.
Audelyr limits access to authorised personnel, applies proportionate technical and organisational measures and notifies customers of confirmed incidents without undue delay.
The current subprocessors are Google Cloud/Firebase for infrastructure and authentication, and Resend for transactional email. Audelyr remains responsible for subprocessor obligations.
Taking account of the service, Audelyr assists with data-subject requests and compliance information, and deletes or returns customer personal data at termination subject to legal retention.
Cross-border transfers use legally recognised safeguards where required. Reasonable audit information is available under confidentiality and proportionality limits.
