Audelyr Technology Pte. Ltd., Singapore (Audelyr, we, us) is responsible for personal data processed through this website, Early Access console, Preview API and related communications.

How Audelyr Technology Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, discloses, protects and retains personal data.

2. Data we collect
We may collect account identifiers, verified email, profile data, sales enquiries, subscription status, Preview key metadata, request logs, device and security logs, and messages you send us. The Preview does not accept customer audio uploads.

3. Purposes and consent
We process data to provide and secure services, respond to requests, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and improve reliability. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it subject to legal and operational consequences.

4. Disclosure and overseas transfers
We use Google Cloud/Firebase for hosting, authentication and data services, and Resend for email. Data may be processed outside Singapore with contractual and technical safeguards.

5. Retention
Preview request logs and status checks are retained for 30 days, sales leads for 24 months, subscription records until unsubscribe, and account data until deletion. Minimal suppression records may remain after unsubscribe.

6. Access, correction and deletion
You may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion by contacting privacy@audelyr.ai. We may verify identity and retain information where required by law or legitimate security needs.

7. Security and incidents
We use access controls, encryption in transit, hashed Preview keys, protected secrets and monitoring. No system is risk-free. We assess suspected breaches and notify affected people and regulators when required.
