2. Preview service
The Preview demonstrates interface design with simulated sample output. It does not perform real voice inference, accept uploaded audio, provide a production SLA or create contractual pricing commitments.

3. Accounts and keys
Keep credentials confidential, provide accurate information and promptly revoke compromised keys. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and may not interfere with, reverse engineer, overload or use the services for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes.

5. Intellectual property
Audelyr retains its services, software, branding and documentation. You retain your submitted content and grant us rights necessary to provide the service.

6. Changes and suspension
We may change, limit or discontinue Preview features and may suspend access to protect users, infrastructure or legal compliance.

7. Disclaimers and liability
Preview services are provided as available without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Audelyr is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and aggregate liability is limited to SGD 100 unless law requires otherwise.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Singapore law and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
